Carly Romney, LCPC

Carly Romney is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah State University and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Idaho State University. With a focus on a strength-based approach, Carly aims to unlock the dormant potential within individuals to facilitate healing. Specializing in trauma therapy for adolescents and adults, she is well-versed in techniques such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to address deep-seated issues.


In her practice, Carly addresses a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, faith transitions, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She tailors her therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing from methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
