

Carly Romney, LCPC
Carly Romney is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in psychology and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Idaho State University. She practices a strength-based approach, empowering the dormant aliveness for healing. She works with adolescents and adults, specializing in trauma therapy. She is trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Carly also treats depression, anxiety, faith transitions, and bipolar. She uses different approaches to best suit client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). By providing a safe, non-judgmental space, Carly encourages exploration of the inner self and creating meaning.
