BayLee Sorenson, LMSW
BayLee is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges in a safe and supportive, non-judgmental environment. After spending the past two years as an elementary school counselor, she developed a deep passion for helping children build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop lifelong coping skills. BayLee believes parents and caregivers are an essential part of a child's healing journey and values partnering with families to help children thrive both at home and at school.
While BayLee's greatest passion is working with children and adolescents, she also enjoys supporting adults through anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and parenting challenges. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.
Outside of the office, BayLee enjoys spending time with her children, being out doors, sun or snow, being a wife and mother and making memories with the people she loves.
